Skegness Rock & Blues
Just a quick message to say thanks to all the people who came to support us at Skegness this weekend. We really enjoyed the live set and I was pleasantly surprised to see how many turned out for my two acoustics sets. Watch out for more of these throughout the country. They will appear in the events section!!! There is a new thread in the forum for those of you who were at the festival, I look forward to reading your comments. Thanks again.

Both sets at Skegness utterly brilliant. Missed the acoustic set as we didnt know it was on. Just a hand written poster in the main area.
I was the guy who told you about the conversation in the toilets. For others pleasure I repeat it here.
In the toilets after the first set raving about Seans performance.
Some guy two down pipes up I didnt like his shirt. I was somewhat non-plussed at this and then he added and my other problem with him is thats not a standard Telecaster its a Memphis.
Some Blues purists can be just wierd...
First time ay Skeggy - Brilliant - First time saw you - Awesome - see you at the Lamp - thanks for signing CD - Cheers

Saw you for first time at Colne Blues fest last year, and this year was my first visit to Skeggy. What a blast! Great to see your sets, I caught both, and I must echo Robs post below, what gives? SWB in the foyer, the likes of Slack Alice, Freebird, Juicy Lucy on the main stage. And The Brew should have headlined on the Sunday nite! Hope to see you at Colne Blues Fest later this year! Saw u 4 the first time at skeggy thought it was a great set,so was the acoustic on sunday. Will see you in ripley
All the best
Steve
Most definately the highlight of the weekend. The accoustic sets were great, well worth watching. Thanks
brilliant as normal. Why though werent you on one of the main venues? hope you will be back next year and hope to see you on your tour. Sue, Norwich
Great to see you there and the performance was superb - what are these organisers thinking about Slack Alice but no SWB, no Ian Siegal and no new bands. The acoustic set I caught really gave a lot more emphasis on the voice and how good it is. Catch you later in the year Cheers Rob
